Russi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ravenna in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 60 km east of Bologna and about 14 km southwest of Ravenna. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 10,723 and an area of 46.1 km2.[1]
The municipality of Russi contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Godo, San Pancrazio, Cortina, Chiesuola, Pezzolo, Borgo Zampartino, Borgo Violetta, and Borgo Testi Rasponi.
Russi borders the following municipalities: Bagnacavallo, Faenza, Forlì, Ravenna.
