Rush University

Rush University is a private university in Chicago, Illinois.

Rush University is comprised of:

• Rush Medical College
• College of Nursing
• College of Health Sciences
• The Graduate College

The campus occupies an eight acre (32,000 m²) site in the Medical Center district on the Near West Side of Chicago, near John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital.

To emphasize its university ties, Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center was renamed Rush University Medical Center in 2004.
