"Running Back To You" is the first single of the album The Comfort Zone by Vanessa Williams.
The single became one of the biggest hits of her career. It topped the Billboard R&B Chart for two weeks from October 5 to October 12, 1991 and reached #18 in the Billboard Hot 100. A colourful music video was also shot for the single. Williams also performed the song in the Arsenio Hall Show in 1991.
