[edit] Summary

Eleven of the 50 steps upward to the JFK Memorial. Each individual step different to all others and made in total from 60,000 granite setts. Representing a pilgrimage within Jellico's conceptualisation. However also noted as representing the states of the USA and in some reviews "a step for each year of Kennedy's life" although this latter notion is self-evidently false.
