Rukidi IV of Toro

HRH Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV is the reigning Omukama of Toro, in Uganda. He succeeded his father in 1993 at the age of three years, which made him the youngest monarch in the world. Since he is a minor, his guardians are his uncle, Prince James Mugenyi of Toro, and his aunt Princess Elizabeth of Toro, a supermodel, actress, and politician.
