Rui Patrício

Rui Pedro dos Santos Patrício or just Rui Patricio (born 15 February 1988) is a Portuguese football goalkeeper who plays for Sporting Clube de Portugal.

Rui Patricio was born in the small Portuguese town of Marrazes, and played as a striker at a young age. It was said that a Sporting scout was in the area and saw the young player play goalkeeper where the scout was very impressed and signed him to the Sporting youth academy in Lisbon.
