Rugby is a former parliamentary constituency in Warwickshire, England, which will be recreated for the next general election (due no later than 2010).

Like the old constituency, the reconstituted Rugby will elect one Member of Parliament to the UK House of Commons using the first past the post system.

Rugby was represented in the UK House of Commons as a "stand-alone" constituency from 1885 to 1983. It is currently paired in a seat with Kenilworth, which will be paired with Southam in the Kenilworth and Southam constituency.
