Royston Vasey

Royston Vasey is a small fictional town set in the north of England. It is the setting of the BBC radio and television comedy series The League of Gentlemen.

The town has a sign which ominously declares "Welcome to Royston Vasey. You'll never leave". The town has 'dozens' of inhabitants, although typically only around 20 are seen in the series themselves.

  • Edward and his sister Tubbs, who own the local shop, an odd little building that stands on its own in a field close to the town sign.
