Route nationale 15

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The N15 is a trunk road (Route Nationale) in France. The N15 was numbered N13B until the end of the 1970s reclassification scheme. It now possess an abnormally attributed number since it is situated between the N13 and the N14, against the clockwise numbering of route nationales.

The N15 links the A13 to Le Havre via Rouen and Yvetot. The N15 originates at junction 14 on the A13 autoroute in the Yvelines département. The road's first few kilometres are notoriously dangerous as the road is a continuous decline from the A13 autoroute to the N13. The N15 follows the course of the A13 autoroute between the motorway's junctions 18 & 19. The N15 traverses the River Seine once at Pont-de-l'Arche.
