The Rousse University "Angel Kanchev" (Bulgarian: Русенски университет „Ангел Кънчев“) is a Bulgarian university in the city of Rousse. It was named after Angel Kanchev and was established on 21 July 1995 as a successor of the higher technical school in Rousse, which had been created on 12 November 1945. The university's structure includes a subsidiary in Silistra and a technological college in Razgrad.
