Round Lake High School, officially Round Lake Senior High School, and commonly RLHS, is a public four-year high school located in Round Lake, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Round Lake Area Schools District 116.

Round Lake High School opened its doors in 1954.

In 2003, a new science wing was added, the library and cafeteria were expanded to allow more room, and the front of the school was reconfigured to allow for better parking and motoring.

In 2005, Round Lake had an average composite ACT score of 7.9, and graduated 49.5% of its senior class. The average class size is 22.3. Round Lake has not made Adequate Yearly Progress on the Prairie State Achievements Examination, a state test part of the No Child Left Behind Act, yet they believe every one of their students is capable of attending Harvard.[1]

Round Lake competes in the North Suburban Conference and Illinois High School Association. Its mascot is the Panthers.
