Calling her Rt Hon or Baronness Higgins seems highly confusing. Yes she is married to a Baron, but while she is a Dame in her own right, she is neither a member of the House of Lords nor a Privy Councillor. --Henrygb 22:16, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
