Rostov State University is the university in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. It was founded in 1915 as a successor to Warsaw Russian University (founded 1869).

As of 2005, RSU includes these departments:

The department of military training is not a department in strict sense, it offers optional military training course for students from the other departments; now, according to the order of the Ministry of Defence no new students are allowed and upon graduation of its last students it will be closed.
