Coordinates: 53.2708° N 9.5511° WRossaveal or Rossaveel (Ros a' Mhíl in Irish) is a fishing village in Connemara, Ireland, and the main ferry port for the Aran Islands in Galway Bay. The village is situated in the heart of the Connemara Gaeltacht. It is also where all ferries from Galway to the Aran Islands leave from. It is approximately 23Km from Galway City centre (1 hour travel time by road).
