Ross Enamait is an athlete, author, and trainer. He operates a strength and conditioning business in his home state of Connecticut. He works primarily with athletes from combat sporting events such as boxing and the mixed martial arts. Enamait advocates a high-intensity, complex training style focused on functional strength development. He emphasizes results regardless of the method. Consequently, his training tools include sleds, sand bags, dumbbells, barbells, climbing ropes, medicine balls, heavy bags, jump ropes, kegs, cars, and elastic bands. Enamait has a primarily organic food diet that includes raw milk, wild fish, and cage-free eggs.

Ross is a University of Connecticut alumni and has both a Bachelor and a Master degree, and in addition to his academic education he has been involved in competitive athletics for over 20 years. His life has been one filled with baseball, soccer, football, wrestling, and most notably boxing. Enamait retired from competitive boxing after enduring three fractured hands, a broken arm, and ligament damage in his wrist. He still continues intense training however, as he believes in testing each of his methods before instructing his athletes and clients to do so. Enamait preaches a lifestyle where he leads from the front. He doesn't ask anyone to do anything that he doesn't do himself. Among the athletes Enamait has trained with include world champion Marlon Starling, former title contender John Scully, Olympian Lawrence Clay-Bey, current light heavyweight contender Chad Dawson, and former world title challenger Scottie Pemberton.

Enamait is the founder of websites WarriorForce.com, RossBoxing.com and RossTraining.com, which feature articles on both boxing, strength and conditioning. He is known for his involvement and interaction with his supporters. Those who follow Enamait's websites consider him genuine in his efforts to help all aspiring athletes. He responds to all questions personally, regardless of whether one is a customer or not. He is primary interest is the betterment of today's athletes. In addition to his websites, Enamait has authored several manuals on boxing and physical training, most notably Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless.
