Rose Kennedy is a cocktail popular in the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern Regions of The United States. It consists of varying amounts of Vodka and club soda with a splash of cranberry juice for color. It is typically served with a lemon wedge. The cocktail is named after the matriarch of the Kennedy Family and mother of President John F. Kennedy from Massachusetts. The Rose Kennedy Cocktail has gained popularity recently since its primary mixer, club soda, has no calories or sugar and thus is a light alternative to a vodka tonic or cape cod.
