Doña Rosario Nadal y Fuster-Puigdorfila, styled HRH Princess Rosario of Bulgaria, is the wife of Kyrill, Prince of Preslav, theoretically fourth in the Line of succession to the Bulgarian Throne. Doña Rosario and the Prince were married on September 15, 1989, and they have two daughters and a son:

• Mafalda (styled HRH Princess Mafalda of Bulgaria), born July 27, 1994 in London
• Olimpia (styled HRH Princess Olimpia of Bulgaria), born December 14, 1995 also in London
• Tassilo (styled HRH Prince Tassilo of Bulgaria), born January 20, 2002

She is also godmother to Prince Sverre Magnus of Norway and Irene Urdangarin.
