Rosanna Scotto co-anchors WNYW's FOX 5 Newscasts at 5:00 PM (EST) and 10PM (EST) with Ernie Anastos. Rosanna Scotto got her start in broadcasting at Atlanta's WTBS in 1980, and by 1982 she was working at WABC-TV as a reporter and morning anchor. She joined WNYW in 1986 as a weekend anchor and reporter.

Rosanna began her career in television at WTBS, Ted Turner's UHF television station in Atlanta, where she was a reporter for two local programs and an associate producer of the station's evening newscast. She returned to her native New York City in 1982 as a reporter for WABC's Good Morning New York, which eventually became Live with Regis and Kathie Lee. After a year with Good Morning New York and The Morning Show Scotto joined WABC-TV's Eyewitness News as a reporter, where she remained until she joined FOX. She started at WNYW-TV in 1986 as a weekend anchor and reporter and later in 1994, she started anchoring the weekday edition of Fox 5 News with John Roland, Len Cannon,. and now vetren, Ernie Anastos on the 5 and 10 P.M. weekday version of Fox 5 News

Rosanna (along with her mother Marion, sister Elaina, brothers John and Anthony Scotto) owns the celebrity-filled restaurant Fresco By Scotto on East 52nd Street in midtown Manhattan.

She is married to Lou Ruggiero; they have children, LJ and Jenna, who both attend private schools.

Rosanna currently resides in Manhattan, and, when not working, enjoys collecting Jimmy Choos.
