Brenda, also known as Rope Girl, is a fictional character created for the Disney TV series Teamo Supremo. She is the female member of the titular group, and is quite spunky. She has a rowdy attitude, but also a sweet personality. Her voice is provided by Alanna Ubach.

As her superhero name suggests, Brenda has an extraordinary talent with her jumprope, which she calls "Ropey". She has even used it to snatch up certain things, a move she often uses for capturing fleeing bad guys. It was because of this talent that Crandall picked her for his team. "Ropey" can somehow transform Brenda into Rope Girl (and Crandall and Hector into their respective alter-egos as well) by being jumped rapidly.

To go with her talent, Brenda always speaks with a Western drawl, which she seems to get from her mother. In addition, Brenda's battle cry/catch phrase, "Wuh-pa!" originates from a pet name that her mother often calls her.

In addition to having fine jumprope skills, Brenda has several other talents as well, many of which even she doesn't know she has. When she displays these sudden talents, one of the characters (usually Crandall or Hector) remarks that they didn't know she could do that. She usually responds to this by replying, "Neither did I, but I guess I do!"

One weakness that Brenda has had was that she was once afraid of water. However, through swimming lessons, she quickly conquered her fear of water. Another episode shows us that Brenda has an obsession with a toy franchise named Bonjour Kitty (an obvious riff to Hello Kitty).

Brenda's idol is teen singer Tiffany Javelins, who originally appeared on the show as a semi-villain called the Songstress. Tiffany was actually only acting like a villain as she was under the influence of her agent, the Mischievous Manager. Twice, Brenda has left Teamo because of being starstruck by Tiffany, the latter occasion having her almost become a fellow singer named Funky B.

Brenda's family consists of her aforementioned mother, her usually unseen father, and her baby brother, Barclae. Brenda once brought Barclae along for one of Teamo's adventures, under the alias of Diaper Dude. Strangely, neither Brenda nor Barclae get their hair color (purple) from either of their parents.

Brenda seems to be the most popular of the three Teamo members. During early 2003, she was the featured character in Toon Disney's "Mail-a-Toon" gimmick in which fans could send the character an e-mail, and then get an automated response. Shortly afterward, Brenda was then a featured character in the TV commercials for Toon Disney's "Passport to Reading" program, and her voice can also be heard giving comments over the end credits whenever the show's reruns are shown on the network. This factor was seemingly referenced in the show's obscure Valentine's Day episode, where Brenda receives more Valentine cards than Crandall or Hector, both as herself and as Rope Girl.

Some fans of the show believe that Brenda has romantic feelings for Crandall, and/or vice-versa. Although the show never officially stated if Brenda and Crandall were in love, some hints of the idea popped up from time to time.
