Roncofreddo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Forlì-Cesena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 90 km southeast of Bologna and about 30 km southeast of Forlì. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,040 and an area of 51.7 km2.[1]
The municipality of Roncofreddo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ardiano, Cento, Ciola Araldi, Diolaguardia, Felloniche, Gualdo, Monteaguzzo, Montecodruzzo, Montedelleforche, Monteleone, Musano, Oriola, Santa Paola, Sorrivoli, and Villa Venti.
Roncofreddo borders the following municipalities: Borghi, Cesena, Longiano, Mercato Saraceno, Montiano, Sogliano al Rubicone.
