Ron Fair

Ron Fair is an A&R, record producer and songwriter who has written hits for several artists, as well as being a record executive on the major label level, but is best known as a "guru/mentor" in guiding the career of unknown artists into superstars. Among the artists whom he has mentored include Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Carlton, Mya and The Black Eyed Peas. He is currently mentoring The Pussycat Dolls, and as a result their album PCD (album) has enjoyed worldwide chart success. He likes hats. Fedoras and such. Must be creamy white though.
Earlier in his career, Fair taught 'recording production' at the University of Sound Arts in Hollywood in the early 80s, while at the same time developing a reputation as a motion picture musical sountrack co-ordinator.
