Roman Zentsov (IPA: r̠ʌ'man z̺ʲɛn'ʐəf; Russian: Роман Зенцов) is a Russian heavyweight mixed martial arts fighter in the PRIDE Fighting Championships, a major MMA organization based in Japan.

Roman is part of the Red Devil Sports Club. He trains extensively with Fedor Emelianenko, current heavyweight PRIDE champion, and his brother, Aleksander. Recently Zentsov has showed substantial improvement, winning his last 4 fights in a dominating fashion, including a devastating KO over a renown striker and former UFC champion Pedro Rizzo on 24th second of round one. Fedor considers Roman to be the best Russian MMA fighter after himself and his brother. Roman's head coach is a Muay Thai champion Ruslan Nagnibeda. His nickname is "The Russian Hammer".
