Roman Pavlyuchenko (Russian: Роман Анатольевич Павлюченко) (born December 15, 1981 in Stavropol) is a Russian footballer. He is currently a forward for FC Spartak Moscow and the Russia national team. He made his first team debut at FC Dynamo Stavropol in 1999. He moved on in 2000 to Rotor Volgograd where he spent three years scoring 15 goals. In 2003, he left for Spartak. Pavlyuchenko has led the Moscow club in goals every year since his arrival.
In 2005, he stepped onto the international stage with three appearances for the Russia national team.
