The Roman Catholic Diocese of Zrenjanin is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Vojvodina, Serbia. It is centred in the city of Zrenjanin, and encompasses the Banat region. It was erected as an apostolic administration in 1923 and elevated to a diocese in 1986.

The diocese's cathedral is the Cathedral of Saint John Nepomuk in Zrenjanin, and dates back to 1868. László Huzsvár currently serves as bishop. The diocese is multiethnic and has members primarily from the large Hungarian and Croat communities, as well as Bulgarians, Czechs, and Germans.
