The Diocese of Baker (Latin: Dioecesis Bakeriensis) is a territorial division, or diocese, of the Roman Catholic Church in Eastern Oregon, United States. The diocese consists of the counties of Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco and Wheeler in Eastern Oregon. It is a suffragan see of the Archdiocese of Portland.

Baker was established on June 19, 1903 named Diocese of Baker City. It was renamed to Diocese of Baker on February 16, 1952.

The current Bishop of the Diocese of Baker is the Most Reverend Robert F. Vasa. Past bishops of the Diocese of Baker are:
