Roland MC-808

Not to be confused with the MC series of MicroComposers by Roland, the MC-808 is the latest in a series of sampler/synthesizer/drum machine/sequencer combo instruments (generally known as 'grooveboxes') by Roland Corporation. Released in 2006, it is a cheaper version of the Roland MC-909 although lacking some of the features of the MC-909 such as the turntable emulator.
