Rodney Isherwood

Rodney Isherwood is a Liberal Democrat politician in the City of Manchester. He is a councillor for the ward of Burnage elected first on June 10, 2004.
A lifelong Liberal, Isherwood did his National Service in the Cheshire Regiment in Cyprus and Egypt. Professionally Rod is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. He has worked mainly in areas of Management and Accountancy but also in blue collar jobs.
He is the Treasurer of Burnage Multi-Agency Group, which provides youth work & youth clubs to give kids something to do. His son Mark Isherwood is a Conservative Member of the Welsh Assembly.
