Rodger T. Cuzner (born November 4, 1955) is a Canadian politician.

Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, he is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Cape Breton—Canso. Cuzner is a former organizer of events. He is a former parliamentary secretary to the Prime Minister.
