Roderic O'Gorman is an Irish Green Party candidate for the Next Irish general election which is likely to be held in the Summer of 2007. He is running in the Dublin West constituency [1]. He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 2004 and stood for the Green Party in local elections that year, winning 5.2% of the vote in the Castleknock electoral [2]. Although not expected to win a seat in Dublin West at the next election, he aims to build on his profile and gain a local authority seat at the next local government elections, scheduled for 2009. He currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Green Party National Council and is the academic co-ordinator of the Legal Aid for All Project[3].
