John Rivera is an American professional wrestler better known by his ring names Rocky Romero and Black Tiger (IV). He is currently working for New Japan Pro Wrestling as the fourth incarnation of Black Tiger. As Romero he is one half of the tag team The Havana Pitbulls (formerly Los Cubanitos), along with Ricky Reyes.
