Rockwell College, founded in 1864, is a well known private catholic secondary school near Cashel in South Tipperary. Rockwell is run by the Holy Ghost Fathers. Famous past pupils include past Irish presidents Éamon de Valera and Patrick Hillery, also Thomas MacDonagh.
