Rock Cartwright (born December 3, 1979 in Conroe, Texas) is an American football player who currently plays running back for the Washington Redskins of the NFL.
Cartwright attended Conroe High School, which is known for its powerhouse football program, in Conroe, Texas, and lettered in football, track and field, and baseball. During his senior year, Cartwright rushed for 2,060 yards and was named a Parade All American. [1]
Cartwright played college football at Kansas State University at the fullback position. He was picked in the 7th round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Redskins.
