Robert Symonds

Robert Symonds is an American actor who was born in Bistow, Alaska on December 1st 1926. He has been married to actress Priscilla Pointer since 1980 and is the step-father of David Irving, Amy Irving and Katie Irving.
His motion picture credits include The Exorcist (as Dr. Taney), The Ice Pirates, Crimewave, Rumpelstiltskin, Still Frame, Mandroid, Primary Colors and Catch Me If You Can.
He had a recurring role in Dynasty and also guest starred in The Rockford Files, M*A*S*H, Benson, Cheers, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (as a Bajoran in the episode "Accession"), ER and Alias.
