Robert Duff (? – June 6, 1787) naval officer and colonial governor of Newfoundland, born England and died Queensferry, England.
Duff cousin of William Duff, Earl of Fife, joined the Royal Navy in 1744. He was appointed commander-in-chief and governor of Newfoundland in 1775.
