Robert Coates (record producer)

Robert Coates is a modern american record producer and recording engineer. Born in 1978, Robert soon discovered his unique ability to play music. Since the age of five years old he became an accomplished pianist, drummer, guitarist, and programmer. Mr. Coates currently owns and operates Coates Entertainment Group, Inc. and Westwind Studios[1] located in Tampa Bay, Florida. He was also listed in Rolling Stone Magazine for a production he did with the female fronted rock/alternative group "KLIK," who was voted the #1 unsigned rock band in 2006 by Rolling Stone readers across America.
Mr. Coates is currently a professor at the International Academy of Design and Technology, where he teaches Recording Arts to prospective Bachelors Degree students. Robert also produces in various genres such as: Rock, Country, Alternative, Christian, Gospel, R&B, Contemporary, and International music.
