Robert Bruce is a metaphysical pioneer and author. Born in England on 2 July 1955, Robert Bruce currently resides in Perth, Western Australia. His influences include Robert Monroe and Franz Bardon. Robert Bruce has written about mystic journeys of his own in his occult best seller, Astral Dynamics released in 1999.

Robert's continued arcane research has lead to his development of a new model of the human energy body, and a new system of stimulating the energy body aptly named New Energy Ways. Called 'NEW' for short, this system is based on the use of body awareness and tactile imaging. NEW tutorials are provided for free downloading on his website www.astraldynamics.com, in several languages. Robert's methods instruct the occultist in how to raise psi through the body to heal and to develop the human energy body to access its spiritual resources. Robert's methods claim to remove energy blockages and stimulate clairient abilities.

Somewhat of a recluse, Robert was rarely seen in public until 2003, when he began accepting invitations to present workshops and lectures internationally. As a workshop facilitator, he instructs in methods to raise chi, ching and shen through the human energy body in order to promote healing and to develop spiritual prowess as well as for Astral Projection. He offers instruction in methods to raise energy and techniques of projection to the Astral Planes and the Real Time Zone. The term RTZ was coined by Robert Bruce to denote the area of projection which is in real time and to distinguish this area of projection from those in the ethereal planes which may appear to be out of sync with real time altogether. Robert co authored the bestseller "Mastering Astral Projection" with Brian Mercer.

Robert Bruce's book, Practical Psychic Self Defense published in 2002 by Hampton Roads, VA, details methods of protecting against psychic and spiritual attacks by negs. This term "negs", popularly used among occultists, was coined by Robert Bruce to describe a variety of negative energy entities. Robert Bruce has provided an altruistic consulting service to the global internet community since 1993 which includes assistance to parents dealing with night terrors in children.

Robert is currently working on a variety of projects including a treatise on the "Uraeus Effect" of Kundalini to be published in a series of books on human energy work and spiritual practices, called, "Foundations of Energy Work" and "Energy Work Practices" and "Energy Work Ascension". The first of these books, "Foundations of Energy Work", is due for release by Hampton Roads, VA, USA, in Spring of 2007.
