Robert Belin (b. 1969) is the Republican nominee for congress in Illinois's 2nd congressional district, and a mathematics teacher at Thornton Fractional South High School in Lansing, Illinois and Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois. On March 21, 2006 Belin won the Republican Congressional primary defeating Howard Schug. Belin's opponents in the general election will be incumbent Democrat Jesse Jackson Jr. and Libertarian Anthony W. Williams.

Robert Belin is a 1991 graduate of DePaul University, he has a batchelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in secondary education. Belin is a member and teacher at Faith Church in Dyer, Indiana.
