Robert Bayly (born 22 February 1988) in Dublin is a professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Leeds United.

Robert is a Republic Of Ireland Under-18 international. He made his debut for the first team as a substitute in Leeds League Cup match against Southend United on 24 October 2006, creating a good impression to fans. On 26th October 2006, Bayly signed a professional two year contract with Leeds.[1]
