Robert Arbuthnott, 2nd Viscount of Arbuthnott

Robert Arbuthnott, 2nd Viscount of Arbuthnott (before 1648–June 16, 1682) was a Scottish peer.
He was the son of Robert Arbuthnott, 1st Viscount of Arbuthnott and Marjory Carnegie.
He married by contract, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Keith (daughter of William Keith, 6th Earl Marischal), on 25 March 1658 and had two children:
- Hon. Margaret Arbuthnott (before 1661)
- Robert Arbuthnott, 3rd Viscount of Arbuthnott (8 October 1661–August 1694)
He married by contract, secondly, Katherine Gordon, on 30 July 1667 and had one child:
- Hon. John Arbuthnott (before 1682–January 1737), married Margaret Falconer and had several children, including:
He succeeded to the title of 2nd Viscount of Arbuthnott, of County Kincardine and 2nd Lord Inverbervie, of County Kincardine on 10 October 1655.
