Robbert Dijkgraaf (1960) is a Dutch theoretical physicist and string theorist. Because his former advisor Gerard 't Hooft was awarded the Spinoza prize (the Dutch equivalent of the Nobel prize), Robbert Dijkgraaf became the first recipient whose advisor was also a recipient.

He works at the University of Amsterdam at the Institute of Theoretical Physics. His research group works in string theory, quantum gravity, and the interface of mathematics and particle physics.
