Rob Shah is the frontman for Glasgow band Hip Parade. Rob set up his own label, Random Disc Records, in 2004 to release the music of his band. He has since gone on to release the music of other musicians looking for a way to get their music better exposure.

Shah is also a music promoter at Dicelines Limited in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland.
