This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The image Rob_Schremp.jpg being linked here, though subject to copyright, I Jaskaramdeep 23:47, 13 June 2006 (UTC) feel it is covered by U.S. "fair use" laws because:

it has vastly inferior resolution than the original, so possible copies of the image will be of poor quality;
the photo is only being used for its informative properties, it was released by the Oilers to promote the player;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the image in any way;
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the player in question, and gives a face to the article. Jaskaramdeep 23:46, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
