From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

RKBA is an abbreviation for the concept of a Right to Keep and Bear Arms, as used in the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, where it is stated:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
