The River Blackwater is a river in Northern Ireland, which has its source in County Monaghan in the Republic of Ireland. The river enters Lough Neagh west of Derrywarragh Island and is navigable from Maghery to Blackwatertown.

The river divides County Armagh and County Tyrone. It passes through or nearby a few towns and viilages, including Aughnacloy.
