This is just a start. I hope that many will find this entry useful and informative. Next I would like to describe specific aspects of Risk II that differ from the classic board game. I plan on writing more detailed sections about Sametime mode, the ranking of the AI generals and the unmentioned 100/80/60% domination, capital election, mission etc.
Before editing, please decide if the information you want to include is specific to Risk II, or if it is better suited to the more broad category of the Risk board game.
