Ringsidereport.com is a boxing website.
[edit] History
Ringsidereport.com was launched in July 2004 by "Bad" Brad Berkwitt, a 20-year Navy veteran and a lifelong boxing fan. The website's first features included a section named "Remember When", which covered some historic boxing matches of the past, such as Arguello-Mancini, Shavers-Norton and Camacho-Rosario. The website would continue to grow with a new look and a group of well-known writers.
WBA Super Welterweight champion Jose Antonio Rivera became involved with the site, bringing the site a writer that was directly involved in the sport of boxing. Geno McGahee is the Managing Editor. Antonio Santiago, Bill MacTrinder, Jason Tremble, Brian Wilbur, Kenneth Henderson, and Dr. Howard Reynolds are all writers from the United States, while Richard Hulse is from England and Roger Tubajiki from Germany.
Ringsidereport.com inaugurated another website, rsrtv.com, in August of 2006. Rsrtv.com is the video side of Ringsidereport.com and features Geno McGahee and his X Posse Productions bringing boxing interviews and boxing-related events to the net.
In July 2006, "Bad" Brad Berkwitt promoted Geno McGahee from Lead Writer to Managing Editor. "Bad" Brad Berkwitt remained the CEO/Publisher and a collaborator known as "Grim.X" is now the webmaster for the website.
