Ring (Irish: An Rinn) is a Gaeltacht region near Dungarvan in County Waterford, Ireland. It is a popular destination for teenagers taking summer school courses in Irish.
Ring is a small but rapidly growing village. Some locals worry that the traditional values in the area (and the speaking of Irish Gaelic) will be eroded by the number of people moving in from outside the area.[citation needed]
Ring contains a restaurant, three pubs, a post office and a chain food shop.
