Hi - thanks for reviewing my translation. Translations are always open to interpretation, so it's good to have some interest shown. However, the change that you have made, while appearing small, makes a large difference. That's great if it's accurate but not so good if it's not. I'll ask a Norwegian or two about it, to see if it truly represents the history of the moment. "agreed the constitution" implies that it was not hammered out beforehand; "agreed to the constitution" implies that it was hammered out beforehand and that all the Assembly had to do was to 'rubber stamp' it.
