Rignano sull'Arno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Florence in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 20 km southeast of Florence. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,930 and an area of 54.2 km2.[1]

The municipality of Rignano sull'Arno contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Bombone, Cellai, (le) Corti, Le Valli, Pian dell'Isola, Rosano, Salceto, San Donato in Collina, San Martino, San Piero, Santa Maria, Sarnese, Torri, and Troghi.
