Ried im Innkreis is a town in the province of Upper Austria (Oberösterreich) in Austria. In 2001, the town had a population of 11,434. It is the capital of the district (Bezirk) also called Ried im Innkreis. Since 1994, the mayor of Ried im Innkreis has been Albert Ortig.

The town is the administrative centre for the Innviertel region.
